1. Introduction

The use of this digital ecosystem (including subscription services, clinical evaluations, and form builder) is subject to these rules. By accessing and using the platform, users (psychotherapists) agree to these conditions.

2. Payment Processing

Recurring subscriptions are processed through authorized operators (e.g. Stripe, EuPlătesc). The ecosystem does not store complete credit card details. For potential disputes related to online payments, the user may contact the support provider.

3. National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC)

If you have a grievance that was not resolved amicably with us, you have the legal right to address ANPC.

4. Supreme Rights of Use and Service Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service provision for users who do not respect GDPR rules or abuse the clinical modules system.
